Avondrood is a small Cape Victorian-style guest house in the historical part of Franschhoek. It features an outdoor poolwithin gardens, a reception room with a fireplace and wine bar, and free Wi-Fi in the lounge and patio area.

Standard King Room. This room is situated in the main house facing the street side with its own separate bathroom with shower only. Bed is a King size Double. ;
Superior Double Room. This large room overlooks the garden and comes with an LCD TV with a CDDVD player. The room also offers extra long beds, a teacoffee maker and a bathroom with free toiletries. ;
Superior Deluxe Double Room. This room has a private garden and terrace and is close to the pool and garden area. It has an en suite bathroom with under-floor heating, Victorian bath and separate spacious shower. ;
Family Suite. The fully furnished upper level family suite has 2 bedrooms. There is a spacious bathroom with Victorian bath and separate shower, as well as a TV lounge with fireplace, and a private upper level verandah with mountain views.
